High School Strength and Conditioning

CCC_Facebook graphicThis program will improve the athletes proprioception and overall body awareness while emphasizing proper technique on five basic movements, Deadlift, Squat, Press, Bench Press and Power Clean.

This camp will ingrain the proper form necessary to prevent injury and give athletes the proper technique to continue training safely during the school year. The camp will also provide a conditioning foundation that will improve the athletes ability to train when they return to their sport of choice.

Performance Camp athletes must be starting High School in fall of 2014.
