HSPU: 10 (Strict – Sub press if no HSPU)

T2B: 10

AMRAP: 14 Minutes (Time begins on the rower – Score the 1k and the reps on AMRAP

Lift
BSQ 5 x 1 E3M (all reps over 2RM – try and set PR)
