Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
5 handstand push-ups
10 one-legged squats, alternating
15 pull-ups
Gross Strength
Back Squat – Spend 10 Minutes establishing 2 RM
Rest 3:00 Then
Max Reps BSQ in 2:00 (#225/#155)
