Power Clean + 2 backward lunge steps: OTM 20 Minutes – Work up HAP
Stone or Sandbag to Shoulder: 5 (Should be heavyish) – If no bags or stones – Heavy Swing
Flip Squat: 10 (24kg/16kg)
Push Press: 15 (#75/#55)
AMRAP 10 Minutes
