Push Press (#45/#35)

Front Squat (#45/#35)

Accessory
Max Reps of TH in 2:00 (#95/#65) – Set stops if the bar is re-racked or dropped.
Extra Credit
Prison Rules: PSN (HAP)

3 reps every :15 for 16 Intervals
