4 – Toes to bar
5 – Wall Balls (20/14)
6 – Split Lunges (six each leg)
7 – Deadlifts (155/105)
8 – Dumbbell snatches (55/35)
9 – Pull-ups
10 – Front Squats (155/105)
11 – Clapping Push-ups
12 – Burpees
