55 bar facing burpee over the bar

34 overhead squats

21 muscle-ups

Men use 95 lb.Women use 65 lb.

Time Cap: 20 minutes

Accessory
Bulgarian Split Squat:

1 x 10 – Right

1 x 10 – Left

Load with Moderate KB or DB

5 Rounds for completion
