Dumbbell Gorilla Row (Feet wide, arm inside knees)

Kettlebell – Clean and Press with rotational change: 10 (10 per side or 20 reps)
Burpee: 5
AMRAP: 12 Minutes – If you have a dumbbell – hang clean and press and change sides.
