Deadlift (315 /205 lbs)
Box jump (30 /24 inch)
Time cap: 8 minutes
Austere Track
Dumbbell Push Press: 15 (Choice) 
Walking Lunge: 40’
Rowing Push-Up: 10 (Each push-up + Row = 1 Rep)
Walking Lunge: 40’
AMRAP: 15 Minutes
