Gross Strength 
Push Press + Eccentric Reset
5 Sets of 5 Sets
Load near 5RM, the return from overhead should be 5 seconds. The sets will be long, rest as needed between sets. 
WOD 
Wall Ball: 50
Push Up: 40
Box Jump: 30
Thruster: 20
Muscle Up: 10
