Sign up here for a free trial session and you’ll be able to get a feel for what Chemical City CrossFit is all about. Our coach will meet with you, discuss you fitness goals, and put you through the Workout Of the Day (WOD). All WOD’s will be scaled to each individual athlete’s skill level.
The On-Ramp sessions are critical for anyone who wants to participate in CrossFit classes. In these classes, you will learn how to properly execute the gymnastics and weightlifting movements that will be used in the CrossFit workouts.
Foundations are a series of one-hour long classes where you will receive structured, one-on-one coaching on the fundamental movements of CrossFit as well as additional movements that you will see in the workouts of the day (WODs).
